Well Mix Baby Potato, Tuvar Lilva & Surti Papdi Lilva With Taste Of Undhiyu
Preparation:
1) Boil Baby Potatoes And Cut into 2 halves each.
2) Coarsely crush Tuvar Lilva, Surti Papdi Lilva and Green Chilies.
Cooking:
1) On medium low flame heat Oil in deep pan.
2) Add Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, Ajman Seeds, Asafoetida, Boiled Baby Potatoes' halves, Turmeric Powder, Salt, 0.50 Cup of Water and stir well.
3) Cover & Cook for 5 mins.
4) Add Crushed Green Chilies, Coarsely crushed Tuvar Lilva, Coarsely crushed Surti Papdi Lilva, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt and mix thoroughly.
5) Cover & Cook for 5 mins.
6) Add Garam Masala Powder, Sugar, Lemon Juice and mix thoroughly.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 40 mins.
