Description:
Well Cooked Guvar In Fresh Garlic Flavor Yogurt-Besan & Spices
Preparation:
1) Finely crush Garlic and Green Chilies.
2) Finely chopped Onion and Cilantro.
3) In a bowl, mix Yogurt, Besan, Crushed Garlic, Crushed Green Chilies, Turmeric Powder and Salt well.
4) Add 1 Cup of water in above mixture and mix thoroughly , Keep aside.
Cooking:
1) On medium low flame heat Oil in non-stick pan.
2) Add Ajman Seeds, Asafoetida, Chopped Onion and mix well.
3) Add washed frozen Guvar, Salt, 0.25 Cup of Water and mix well.
4) Cover & cook for approx 12 mins. ; until Guvar becomes tender.
5) Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder,prepared Yogurt mixture.
6) Mix well and cover & cook for approx 5 mins.
7) Add Chopped Cilantro and mix well.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve Hot With Paratha and Pickle
