Description:
Masala Khakhra In Well Spiced & Cooked Guvar
Preparation:
1) Finely crushed Green Chilies.
2) Pressure cook washed Guvar adding Salt & 1 Cup of Water, of 1 whistle on high flame.
3) Drain excess water in strainer and remove in a bowl.
4) Take 2 Masala Khakhara in strainer tray and place in strainer bowl which is filled with water.
5) Soak Khakhara for 2 mins. ONLY.
6) Remove from bowl to drain excess water and keep aside on plate for 2 mins.
7) Make pieces of soaked Khakhara delicately.

Cooking:
1) On medium low flame heat Oil in a pan.
2) Add Whole Red Chilies, Ajman Seeds, Crushed Green Chilies, Kashmiri Masala Paste, Turmeric Powder, boiled Guvar & Salt and mix gently.
3) Add Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Amchur Powder & Sugar and mix thoroughly.
4) Add 0.5 Cup of Water and Soaked Khakhara Pieces delicately.
5) Turn on low flame and mix well gently.
6) Cover & Cook for 1 minute ONLY.
7) Cook until required consistency.
