Description:
Papdi Lilva Shorba
Preparation:
1)In Pressure Cooker,place Surti Papdi Lilva, 1 cup water & 2 whistle pressure cook on meduim flame.
2) Drain excess water.
3) Finely cut Green Chilies in round shape.
4) Finely crush Garlic, Ajman Seeds & Black Pepper separately.
5) Finely chop Cilantro.
Cooking:
1) On medium flame.
2) Heat 3 cup of Water in deep pan.
3) Add boiled Papdi Lilva & bring to bubbling boil, as shown.
4) Add Oil, Salt, Round cut Green Chilies, crushed Garlic, Coconut Powder, chopped Cilantro, Milk & Ghee.
5) Stir well, time to time.
6) Until require consistency.
7) TURN OFF FLAME.
8) Add crushed Ajman Seeds, crushed Black Pepper, Salt & Mix thoroughly.
9) Cover & keep aside for 5 mins.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 30 min.
Garnishing:
Serve Hot.
