Fine Flavor Of Whole Spices Tadka In Mix Vegetables
Preparation:
1) Add 0.5 Cup of Water in Yogurt and mix into fine paste.
2) Wash Mix Vegetables.
2) Wash Mix Vegetables.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium-low flame.
2) Add Anistar Whole, Cinnamon Sticks, Cloves, Black Pepper Whole, Ginger & Garlic Paste and saute.
3) Add Curry Powder and saute little.
4) Add 0.5 Cup of Water and saute little.
5) Add Yogurt Paste, Salt and mix well.
6) Add 1 Cup of Water and bring to boil.
7) Add Kasoori Methi, washed Mix Vegetables, Salt and mix well.
8) Bring to boil and cover & cook for approx. 10 mins.
9) Add Desiccated Coconut Powder and mix well.
10) Cover & cook for approx. 5 mins. or till tender.
