Tangy Taste Of Surti Papadi Lilva & Suran
Preparation:
1)Wash Deep Surti Papdi Lilva and Suran.
Cooking:
1)Heat Oil on low flame.
2)Add Bay Leaves, Cinnamon Stick, Cloves, Ajman Seeds.
3)Add washed Surti Papdi Lilva, Washed Suran, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, 1 Cup Water.
4)Mix well, cover & cook on medium flame for approx 15 mins.
5)Turn on low flame.
6)Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder_Resham Patti, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder and Sugar.
7)Mix well, cover & cook for approx 4 mins.
8)Add Lemon Juice.
9)Mix well gently.
Serve For: 4 Persons
Total cooking time: 25-30 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with Deep Chapati Or Paratha
