Description:
Chatpata Taste Of Farm Fresh Moong Dal With Skin.
Preparation:
1) Soak washed Moong Dal Chilka in 2 Cups of Lukewarm Water for 30 mins.
2) Drain excess water in strainer.
3) Finely cut Green Chilies into Rings.
4) Finely chop Cilantro.
Cooking:
1) On medium low flame heat Oil in non-stick pan.
2) Add Cumin Seeds, Ginger Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Soaked Moong Dal Chilka, Salt, 0.50 Cup of Water and mix well.
3) Shake the pan to level the surface.
4) Spread Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Amchur Powder, Black Pepper Powder.
5) DO NOT MIX and TURN ON LOW FLAME.
6) Cover & Cook for approx. 8 mins., till tender, Do not overcook.
7) Add Ring Cut Green Chilies, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Chopped Cilantro and mix well.
Serve For: 4 Person
Total cooking time: 40 Mins.
Garnishing:
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
