Description:
Sweet & Sour Karela
Preparation:
1) Wash Karela in running water.
Cooking:
1) Heat Oil on medium low flame.
2) Add Cumin Seeds, washed Karela, salt & 0.5 cup water.
3) Cover & cook for approx 10 mins.
4) Till tender.
5) Turn on low flame.
6) Add Besan, salt, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Sugar & Lemon Juice.
7) Stir constantly, till Oil comes out.
Serve For: 4 Persons
Total cooking time: 50 mins.
Garnishing:
Serve hot with Deep Roti.
