Preparation:
1) Finely chop Tomatoes, cilantro and green chillies_hot.
2) Coarsely crush Roasted Dalia Split.
3) Grate cucumber, add little salt and mix well.Keep aside for 5 mins. to marinate.

Cooking:
1) Squeeze grated/marinated cucumber to drain excess water.
2) Put in a serving bowl.
3) Add crushed roasted dalia split, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Salt and mix well.
4) Add chopped Cilantro, Chopped Tomatoes, Chopped Green Chillies_Hot and mix once.
5) Heat Oil on low flame.
6) Add Mustard Seeds, when it starts splutter, add Urad Dal & let colour be change.
7) Pour tadka on prepared mixture.
8) Mix well and serve immediately.
